Once the construct returns to its original position on the outer circle, climb off of it and get around it to the next platform. Next climb up the green plant to the upper platform above. Do the wall-run and drop down on the platform where a Flametrooper is fighting a couple of Scazz creatures. Following the path ahead will take you to this bridge.

Once you have climbed up the wall which u have to push and force slow. You will see a wooden platform sticking out. Use that platform to jump down to the rocks below.
