All it is, is a matter of pressing ESC a few times while constantly moving your mouse. Yup it worked, was that simple, thank you ! You don't need to spam the ESC key. Just hit Shift+Tab to open the Steam menu thing then Shift+Tab again to exit. Guaranteed way to get the mouse back when it stops working.
i found the way to get gta vice city working on windows 11 without downloading any â„â„â„â„â„â„â„â„ (this one is different) go into files right click testapp and go to properties go to compatibility and tick "run this program in compatibility mode and change it to windows 98/windows me click apply and then okay happy to help
